Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rootyn, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date your order was delivered. If more than 60 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Partial refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Returns requested more than 60 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at rootyn@whirlmist.com and include photos showing the issue.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve confirmed it was processed:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank. Processing times vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at rootyn@whirlmist.com.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please email us first to receive the correct return address and instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
